Every ELKALUB product is marked with a unique lot number. This allows production lots to be clearly identified at any time and traced back to the manufacturing process. At the same time, the lot number enables quick authenticity verification and supports transparent quality assurance throughout the entire product life cycle.
Recalls and Corrective Actions
Acting Quickly in an Emergency
Should a nonconformity ever be detected despite our comprehensive quality controls, we have clearly defined processes in place for product recalls and corrective actions. Through batch traceability, affected products can be quickly identified and specifically removed from the market. In this way, we ensure a high level of product safety and inform our customers transparently and promptly about any necessary measures.
