To strengthen our production team, we are currently seeking a
Full-Time Chemical Production Worker (m/f/d) – career changers welcome –
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing chemical products (greases/oils) in batch runs
- Working independently on technical equipment in grease production
- Taking samples to verify product quality
- Contributing to the development and improvement of process engineering procedures
- Supporting activities in the production workflow
- Work preparation / preparatory tasks in batch production and further processing
- Reliable operation of production machinery
Profile:
- Basic knowledge of the German language
- Accustomed to working independently in a manufacturing environment
- Communicative, team player
- Flexible, resilient, conscientious
- Training as a chemical production specialist or chemical technician is a plus
- Career changers with completed vocational training in other industries
- Career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome
- Forklift license is a plus
- Experience in batch production is a plus
