Automatic lubrication systems such as the FlexxPump ensure a reliable, on-demand supply of lubricant – even under demanding operating conditions. They reduce maintenance requirements, extend the service life of machine components, and improve plant availability. The FlexxPump is suitable for greases and high-viscosity oils up to NLGI Class 3 and can be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of applications.
Smart Lubrication for a Wide Range of Applications
The FlexxPump is a compact and versatile lubrication pump for industrial applications. It can be operated independently (with one to two outlets) or in conjunction with a central control system (up to four outlets) – ideal for machine components such as:
- Electric motors and fans
- Bearing housings
- lubricated sprockets and gears
- open lubrication points with a lubrication brush or roller
The pump automatically supplies the lubrication points at predefined intervals – this not only reduces lubricant consumption but also ensures that an optimal lubricating film is always present.

Special cartridges – perfectly metered
For use with our extremely robust, reliable, and automatic lubricators, we offer replaceable specialty cartridges with a capacity of 240 cm³. These cartridges are filled with selected lubricating greases or high-viscosity oils from the ELKALUB product line and ensure particularly clean and easy handling. This guarantees consistent dosing and product quality at all times.
Flexible control – even in integrated systems
With the optional FlexxMaster, up to four FlexxPumps can be controlled centrally – ideal for more complex lubrication concepts on larger machines or production lines. The control system can also be integrated into existing machine control systems, enabling easy incorporation into existing maintenance plans.
