Baking is food processing - and as such, it requires special care when selecting production equipment. The ELKALUB product line includes NSF H1-registered lubricants for both small and large bakeries, as well as corresponding lubricants for machinery manufacturers in the baking industry.
We have developed ELKALUB’s NSF H1-registered high-temperature greases, oils, and sprays specifically for the high temperatures encountered during baking. They ensure long service life and thus guarantee smooth production processes. For example, our ELKALUB LFC 42220 HT is used as a specialized product for conveyor chains in continuous-action ovens, tunnel ovens, and deck ovens. Without leaving residues or causing coking, this high-temperature chain oil reliably keeps conveyor chains optimally lubricated at temperatures up to 220 °C.
Automated lubrication systems enable low-maintenance lubrication of gearboxes and chains. Smaller chains, joints, sliding elements, and bearings can be lubricated manually using sprays.
